How can I become enrolled in Mopar Service Excellence Rewards Program? 

Only Dealer Principals or Service and Parts Managers can enroll in the program.  If you hold one of these positions, click on the MSER Icon on the Dashboard to secure the Official Program Rules and enrollment form.


I would like to get information on reporting on the Top Tech or Top Advisor Program, where do I go?

If you are enrolled in either program, click on the link to the Program Website and you will be taken to the home page of the Program and can find your status under the “Report” Tab.


I have earned points in the Certified Professionals Program and/or Top Tech Program, where do I redeem them?

Click on the Reward Redemption Icon located at the bottom of the web page and you will be able to view the full array of items available to you.


Where do I see how much I have on my “Rewarding Excellence Visa Debit” card?

You can click on the link on this Dashboard; however, you must log into that site. 

Keep this window open in your browser and you can come back here without logging in again.


I have not received my “Rewarding Excellence Visa Debit” Card who do I contact?

Any questions regarding your “Rewarding Excellence Visa® Prepaid Card” is handled by the Rewarding Excellence Card Program Headquarters.  They are available at 888-887-6192 or


I am not sure all data is being counted in MSER, Top Tech, Top Advisor and or Service Incentive, who can help me?

Click on the Program website you are concerned with, and you will see the ability to Chat or can email or call the number displayed.  Customer Service Agents are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern time. 




I have a question regarding my training status in Certified Professionals, who do I contact?

For all issues concerning Certification and Courses not answered in the "Resources" section of DealerCONNECT, please call the FCA Performance Institute Hotline at 888-321-4321.


Which dealerships have access to the dashboard?

All dealerships have access if they are active in MyPersonnel.  Logins are by personal SID/TID.


Do dealership management personnel (Service Manager, Parts Manager, Dealer Principal etc.) see the status of their team?

Yes, they do.


When do tiles update?

Each tile will update differently, depending on the program. 


Can users use this site to update their address/add new employees?

This must be done by the dealership administrator through MyPersonnel. Remember it is very important to keep your home address up to date.  Rewarding Excellence Visa® Prepaid Cards” are not forwarded so if you are just earning or need a replacement, the address on record will be used.


How do we get to the site which issues cards if they are lost, etc.?

There is a link to the Rewarding Excellence site located at the bottom of the dashboard where these requests may be handled.


When I go to Parts on DealerCONNECT the Dashboard link is greyed out, why?

This is due to how the user is set up in DealerCONNECT.  A link to the dashboard is available on all tabs to ensure any user will have an access point to the dashboard. If you do not have access on any tab, contact DealerCONNECT and they will be able to assist.


Do all FCA Area Managers have access?

Yes.  In the event, you have a new user or a user who does not have access, please send their Name, Email, TID, and aligning District (if applicable) to MSER Program Headquarters.

When do the points for FCA Rewards Redemption expire? 

Points expire every two years so points issued in 2021 expire in 2023 Individuals can see this in the rules linking off of the Dashboard.
